By accessing and using PrepMind AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

PrepMind AI provides an AI-powered IELTS preparation platform, including but not limited to automated essay grading, speaking evaluation, and personalized study plans. You acknowledge that the "AI" feedback is generated by machine learning models and may not be 100% accurate or reflect the exact scoring of an official human IELTS examiner.

3. AI Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Important: The scores and feedback provided by PrepMind AI are estimates solely for educational and practice purposes. We do not guarantee any specific score on the official IELTS exam. Official results may vary based on test-day performance and human examiner judgment.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium Access: We offer a Premium subscription for $6.00/month. By subscribing, you agree to pay this fee.
• Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Settings" section of your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or violates any third party's rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Service (excluding user-generated content like your essays) is the property of PrepMind AI. You retain ownership of the essays and speech recordings you submit, but you grant us a license to process this data to provide you with feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrepMind AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
